Influencer marketing campaign to inspire the next generation of Northwest construction workers
Challenge
One of the greatest challenges facing the construction industry in Oregon and Southwest Washington is recruiting and retaining skilled workers. My agency was tasked with creating and executing an integrated marketing campaign designed to advance the workforce development initiative at Build Oregon.
Approach
I co-led an influencer marketing campaign to speak authentically with our target audiences and reach them on their preferred platforms. I researched hyper-local influencers in the Pacific Northwest, vetted each influencer and organized the partnerships. In the past year, I helped lead three influencer partnerships for Build Oregon.
